Acclaimed for quality, Colombian coffees are rich with medium to full body and pleasant acidity, nutty overtones, and a smooth finish. Our Colombia Single-Origin is lightly roasted to bring out the subtleness of its mountain highland origins.

A darker roasted version of our Colombian:Single-Origin that mutes some acidity and nutty flavor for honey and cherry notes.

A darker roasted version of our Guatemala:Single-Origin that mutes some acidity and nutty flavor for dark cherry notes, woody aromatics, and overtones of baking spice.

Guatemalan coffees are known for their bright cup character. Guatemala Single-Origin is our lightest roast (blonde roast) with floral hints, clean fruited notes, moderate body, and a clean aftertaste.

Our Sumatra Single-Origin has an earthy flavor profile, is low in acidity and has thick body with rustic flavors prevalent in most Indonesian coffees.
