Delivery

New Life Coffee generally ships the same or next business day however in rare instances we may ship up to, but nor more than, five (5) working days after receiving payment from you or within such other period indicated and agreed upon at the time of order placement.

The products you order will be delivered to the delivery address provided when you placed your order, subject to acceptance of the order. If delivery cannot be made to the delivery address provided, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Where the delivery address is incorrect or the shipment is left unclaimed and you wish the products to be redelivered to you, you shall be liable for the costs of redelivery and the products shall not be redelivered until New Life Coffee has received payment in full for such.

Product shipments left unclaimed and returned to us without communication or notification from the buyer will be refunded less incurred shipping costs to the method of payment at the time of order.
