PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND PRINT OR SAVE A COPY OF THEM FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
These Terms should be read carefully by you before you place an order for products from New Life Coffee Company, Inc. You will be asked to accept these Terms before placing your order. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not place an order.
After you place an order, New Life Coffee Company, Inc. will send an email to the address you have provided acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
New Life Coffee Company, Inc. will confirm its acceptance of your order by sending you an email confirming cancellation or shipment of your order. New Life Coffee Company, Inc. shall not be under any obligation to accept your order and the contract between you and New Life Coffee Company, Inc. for the sale of products will only be formed once New Life Coffee Company, Inc. has sent you such confirmation of shipment email.
If you are a consumer, you must be at least 18 years old to order products from the Website. By accepting these Terms you are confirming that you are no less than 18 years old. If you are using the Website to purchase products on behalf of a business, by accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have authority to bind such business to a contract with New Life Coffee Company, Inc. for the purchase of products.
New Life Coffee Company, Inc. may change these Terms without notice to you in relation to future sales. Please check these Terms every time you wish to order products from our Website to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.
These Terms are not intended to and shall not create any rights enforceable by any person other than the person who is party to the contract with New Life Coffee Company, Inc. for the supply of products. If any court or relevant authority finds that any of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the other Terms shall not be affected. No failure by us to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
Product Availability, Details & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. If upon receipt of your order the products you have ordered are not in stock or not anticipated to be in stock within our stated shipping window, New Life Coffee Company, Inc. will refund your purchase to the method of payment at the time of order.
All Website prices are quoted in USD and are exclusive of tax and delivery charges, where applicable, which will be added to the price of the products on confirmation of the delivery address and prior to you making payment.
Every effort is made to ensure product details, specifications, and prices shown in the Website are accurate at the time you place your order however we are not liable for omissions or errors. If an omission or error is found prior to shipment, we will inform you and offer the option of reconfirming or canceling your order. If you cancel, New Life Coffee Company, Inc. will refund your purchase to the method of payment at the time of order.
Where the products are supplied for export from the USA, you will be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing the importation of the products into the country of destination and for the payment of any import duties or taxes which are levied upon them.
Payment for products, delivery charges, and tax can be made by any method shown as acceptable in the Website at the time you place your order. All shipments are subject to prior authorization of your payment.
New Life Coffee Company, Inc. uses a third party payment provider for administering debit and credit card payments on its behalf. At no time do we have access to your debit or credit card details.
New Life Coffee Company, Inc. will ship no later than five (5) working days after receiving payment from you or within such other period indicated and agreed upon at the time of order placement.
The products you order will be delivered to the delivery address provided when you placed your order, subject to acceptance of the order. If delivery cannot be made to the delivery address provided, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Where the delivery address is incorrect or the shipment is left unclaimed and you wish the products to be redelivered to you, you shall be liable for the costs of redelivery and the products shall not be redelivered until New Life Coffee Company, Inc. has received payment in full for such.
Product shipments left unclaimed and returned to us without communication or notification from the buyer will be refunded less incurred shipping costs to the method of payment at the time of order.
Product Warranty & Liability
New Life Coffee Company, Inc. warrants its products for thirty (30) days past expiration date stated on packaging under proper storage conditions. No warranty of any kind is offered for products improperly stored. Our products are perishable and must be stored and handled appropriately. Our sole responsibility shall be to issue credit or replace the product within the stated Terms.
We shall not be liable for loss of any kind including any incidental or consequential damages resulting directly or indirectly for any breach of any warranty expressed or implied or any other product failure.
New Life Coffee Company, Inc. makes no warranty that its products are merchantable or fit for any particular purpose. Fitness and suitability for any use is solely the buyer’s responsibility.
New Life Coffee Company, Inc. accepts returns with prior authorization and an RGA number within the specified warranty period. Returned packaged products shall contain any unused portion of product. Requests for return outside of the warranty period or for product which no warranty was offered will be denied.
Refunds on returns will be in the form of a Website credit towards a future purchase, a refund to the method of payment at the time of purchase, or even exchange. Credits and refunds will be at the price paid at the time of purchase for the product only.
New Life Coffee Company, Inc. would like to notify you of special offers, the availability of new products, and other upcoming events. When registering, you may have chosen to receive our newsletter and coupons via email. At any time, you may click the unsubscribe button in your profile if you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or coupon emails.
Termination of Sale
New Life Coffee Company, Inc. at its sole discretion may choose to terminate sale of its products to any individual, business, institution, distributor or agent for any or no reason whatsoever at any time. No expressed or implied contract of any kind exists for the sale of New Life Coffee Company, Inc.’s products to anyone.
